Founded by mixologist and bar owner Lewis Hayes, every Drop is made with a real understanding of what actually works behind the bar. We keep things natural, no artificial flavourings, no added glycerol, just pure, unadulterated spirit. 

Distilled from scratch at our state-of-the-art distillery in the UK, each Drop is small batch-produced across three different types of still, then expertly blended for depth and character.
