What is the Brighton Cocktail Festival App?

  • The Brighton Cocktail Festival App features everything you need for your cocktail experience, from discovering bars, cocktails, events and offers to creating your own custom-made cocktail trails on a live map. 

  • Users can also bookmark, rate and review bars and cocktails to keep track of the ones they’ve tried and want to try next.

How do I activate my ticket on the app?

  • All tickets must be activated on the Brighton Cocktail Festival app by creating an account and then entering your Booking Email and Ticket Code on the My Ticket page. Your unique Ticket Code can be found in the “Your tickets for: Brighton Cocktail Festival 2026” email received after placing your order.

  • Once activated, your ticket will be linked to your app’s account and cannot be changed or transferred to another person.

  • If you booked tickets for someone else, make sure to let them know your Booking Email and their unique Ticket Code.

How do I delete my data from the app?

  • To delete your personal data from the Brighton Cocktail Festival App, visit the “My Profile” page in the menu, scroll down, and select “Delete Account”. Once you have confirmed you would like to delete your account, all of your data including your name, contact details, activated ticket and bookmarked and rated bars will be permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.
